En face (2000/I)

En Face is a dark thriller and passionate love story revolving around a simple young couple: Michelle and Jean a writer. One day, they inherit from a mysterious neighbour, Mr Guillemet, a mansion in Montmartre facing their small apartment. Nonetheless there are two bounding conditions: the strange housekeeper, Clémence, must stay employed for as long as she desires…and all the old man’s personal papers and photos must be kept intact.
